ANN ARBOR, Mich. (CBS DETROIT) – One person was killed and another person was injured Monday after a plane crashed near the Ann Arbor Municipal Airport.
According to the Federal Aviation Administration, the crash occurred around 1:10 p.m. There were two people on the plane at the time of the crash.
Huron Valley Ambulance personnel confirmed one person died and another person was taken to the University of Michigan Hospital.
The FAA said the National Transportation Safety Board will lead the investigation.
