St. Paul police officers were involved in a shooting Saturday afternoon that left one person dead, according to police.
“Saint Paul Police officers were involved in a shooting near the intersection of Bay Street and Watson Avenue just after 1:45 p.m., which left one person dead. No officers were injured,” St. Paul police posted on X.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating the scene.
“We are at the scene of a violent incident in St. Paul,” the BCA wrote on X. “More information will follow once the preliminary investigation is completed.”
