One person rescued from a rowhouse fire in North Philadelphia

One person is recovering in the hospital Thursday after being rescued from a row house fire in North Philadelphia. That fire started around 2 p.m. on North Hancock near Girard Avenue. Someone saw smoke and called 911. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
