One person was flown to a hospital in Pittsburgh after crashing in Washington County on Saturday.
According to the South Strabane Fire Department, it happened near the westbound Interstate 70 exit to East Beau Street around 2 p.m.
An SUV struck the jersey barriers at a high rate of speed and overturned, trapping the driver, the department said. The driver was freed and taken to a landing zone.
Their current condition was unknown.
