One person was pronounced dead following a domestic violence shooting in Milwaukee on May 25, police say

According to Milwaukee police, one person, who was 60, was pronounced dead in a fatal shooting on May 25 at approximately 12:47 p.m. Police said the shooting was related to domestic violence.

The shooting happened near the 800 block of North Cass Street and a 59-year-old man was arrested as a suspect, according to Milwaukee police. Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County Prosecutor’s Office, police said.
