Incumbent Democratic Senator Catherine Osten was re-elected in the 19th District. Osten defeated her opponent, Jason Guidone, by a vote of 24,972 to 18,841.
“I am overwhelmed by the support from the people of Eastern Connecticut. There is still much to be done and I will work with and for all my constituents,” said Osten.
