Police say one person is barricaded inside a home in Ross Township.
Allegheny County dispatchers say police were called to the 300 block of Tadmar Avenue on Saturday at 4:45 p.m.
Channel 11 spotted armored vehicles outside a home at that location.
The police call on someone to leave the house.
Allegheny County police said they provide armor.
Channel 11 has also reached out to the North Hills Special Response Team for more details and is awaiting a response.
Tadmar Avenue is closed at the intersection of Link Avenue and Hillendale Road is restricted at the intersection of Westmont Road.
