Petrobras will pay out R$20 billion in dividends

Petroleo Brasileiro SA – Petrobras (PBR) has released an update.

Petrobras has announced an extraordinary dividend payment of R$20 billion, approximately R$1.55 per share, to be paid to shareholders in December 2024. This decision is consistent with the company’s shareholder reward policy, ensuring financial sustainability and rewarding investors. Petrobras shareholders can expect to receive their payments for B3-listed shares by December 23, 2024, while ADR holders will receive their payments from January 3, 2025.
