Jonathan Sullivan of Graham died Monday of a gunshot wound to the chest near the 20700 block of 92nd Avenue East. His manner of death was listed as a homicide, the medical examiner’s office said in a news release.

Keith Canedy, 32, was charged with two counts of first-degree murder, first-degree assault and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, court records show.

He was arrested in Oregon on Tuesday after prosecutors requested a warrant for his arrest. Canedy is currently being held in the Clackamas County Jail pending extradition to Pierce County, The News Tribune previously reported.
