Pine Road Bridge reopens after nine months in Northeast Philadelphia

After nine long months, this stretch of Pine Road in Northeast Philadelphia is open again. PennDOT closed the road in March to rebuild the bridge over Pennypack Creek. The project cost an estimated $4.3 million.
