Police: 16-year-old shoots 14-year-old in head and shoots own mother in arm in Detroit

A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody in Detroit on Thursday after police say he shot a 14-year-old in the head, reportedly wounding his own mother. Authorities say the shooting stemmed from an argument between two children.
