CHICAGO (CBS) — Police activity disrupted several Metra lines in Chicago during the evening rush hour on Wednesday.

The Metra Union Pacific West and Milwaukee District West trains were stopped at the Ogilvie Transportation Center, and the Milwaukee District North trains were stopped at Union Station due to the unspecified police activity.

Trains in both directions were stopped during the disruption. They resumed later, but with major delays.
