One person was killed in a stabbing in Hollywood on Sunday.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident was reported in the 7100 block of Hawthorne Avenue around 5 p.m.
Officers arrived at the scene, which appeared to be an apartment complex with SkyCal overhead, and found one person dead at the scene.
They have not yet been identified.
Investigators say the suspect, described only as a man standing 6 feet tall and weighing about 200 pounds, was seen fleeing north.
They’re trying to figure out a motive.
