A police investigation into a car-on-car shooting on Thursday evening caused traffic to become a snarl on the 210 Freeway in Rancho Cucamonga early Friday morning.
San Bernardino police witnessed a car-on-car shooting on Thursday around 9:30 p.m., which led to a chase on the 210 Freeway around 9:30 p.m.
The chase ended on the westbound 210 Freeway at Day Creek Boulevard. The exact location of the shooting is not yet clear. According to the California Highway Patrol, two suspects are in custody.
The westbound lanes of Highway 210, from Highway 15 to Milliken Avenue, were closed overnight until about 6:30 a.m. Friday morning, when police concluded the investigation.
