MINNEAPOLIS— The last of the lingering rain and stronger storms will move eastward across southern Minnesota Saturday morning.
Overnight rain has caused flash flooding east of Mankato and south of Rochester. The flood watch has expired for most of Minnesota, but remains in effect for the southeastern part of the state. Flood warnings are in effect for Owatonna and Worthington, as well as parts of St. Louis County north of Duluth.

Some downpours and storms are possible in the afternoon, but it will dry out in the evening. Temperatures will remain slightly below average in the mid 70s.
There will be a break in rain on Sunday and Monday, with highs forecast in the 80s.
The showers will pass again on Monday night and Tuesday morning, but will not last long.
