If you love the NFL and have the Yahoo Sports app, listen up! There is a feature in the app that allows you to chat with fellow fans of your favorite football team, as well as Yahoo Sports experts. The tool, called Discussions, is designed to help you experience the biggest sporting moments with fans across the country during live games.
And guess what? Yahoo Sports’ very own NFL analysts and Football 301 hosts, Nate Tice and Charles McDonald, will be online during the huge showdown between the Baltimore Ravens and Los Angeles Chargers on Monday Night Football in Week 12 to get in on the action. They talk to fans (that could be you) and answer as many questions as possible.
The feature will be available during every NFL game for the rest of the season. Make sure you have the latest version of the Yahoo Sports app to participate.
Here’s how to access the new Discussions feature on Monday nights so you can celebrate (or vent) with your colleagues when your team scores a touchdown, turns the ball over, or whatever.
What can I do while using Game Discussions?
Here’s what you can do with Discussions:
-
View and reply to comments from other NFL fans
-
Reply to comments with emojis
-
Talk to Yahoo experts and get your questions answered
-
Receive notifications when other fans respond to your comments
Please note: You will need a Yahoo Sports account to comment or respond.
How do I access Discussions?
There are two ways to join discussions using the Yahoo Sports app. You can select the recommended game maps from the home tab or you can find them by going to the game pages. With both options, you’ll see the new “Join the Discussion” button the first time you open them.
Let us know in the comments how you like the new feature if you use it on Monday!
