NEW YORK- Luigi Mangione is charged with four federal crimes Arrived on Thursday the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
This is in addition to the eleven charges he faces in New Yorkincluding premeditated murder in furtherance of terrorism.
The federal charges are significant because they raise the possibility that he could face the death penalty.
Mangione has been federally charged with two counts of stalking, murder and use of a silenced weapon.
