The Boston Red Sox and two-time All-Star Walker Buehler have agreed to a one-year deal worth $21.05 million, according to Russell Dorsey of Yahoo Sports. The deal includes incentives and is pending a physical.
Buehler spent his entire seven-year career with the Dodgers and won two World Series with the team.
Buehler, who did not receive a qualifying offer from the Dodgers, will essentially get one from the Red Sox. After a strong performance this postseason, he will now be able to play a full season healthy with a chance to re-enter the free agent market next winter. https://t.co/JMZBpPmc6d
