Votes are still being counted in key races in the US House of Representatives, but it seems more likely that President-elect Donald Trump will come to power with Republicans in control of both chambers of Congress. In the Senate, where the Republican Party has already taken control, Republicans will vote Wednesday on a new leader to replace Mitch McConnell.
