The 120-year-old ban on alcohol sales in Haddon Heights could soon be coming to an end. According to city officials, residents voted nearly 2-1 in favor of a referendum that would lift the ban on alcohol sales. For more than a century, people living in the small South Jersey community had to travel to another town to purchase alcohol.
