Right lane on I-75 ramp reopened due to semi fire

The right lane on the northbound ramp from I-75 to I-70 west has reopened due to a semi fire.

Shortly before 3 a.m., Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers were dispatched to the northbound I-75 ramp to westbound I-70 for a report of a large vehicle fire.

Upon arrival they found a semi-trailer with its rear axle on fire.

The fire was extinguished and a recovery vehicle was called to move the trailer.

According to an OSHP dispatcher, the driver of the truck was not injured.

The right lane was blocked while emergency services waited for the recovery vehicle, but it has now been reopened.
