In Philadelphia’s Francisville neighborhood, part of the roof of an apartment building collapsed late Sunday evening, sending huge chunks of concrete flying into the street. The collapse occurred on North 17th Street near Folsom Street, and although no one was injured, several vehicles were damaged by the falling rocks.
