Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of sexual assault alongside ‘a male and female celebrity’ in new lawsuit; his lawyers ask for a gag order

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of sexual assault in seven new civil lawsuits, including one alleging that other celebrities were involved in an alleged attack.

This is the latest wave of lawsuits from Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who said on Oct. 1 that he and a team of attorneys would file 120 individual sexual abuse charges against Combs over the next month. Combs remains behind bars in New York as he awaits trial on federal racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation charges to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty.

Two of Combs’ accusers in the latest lawsuits claim they were minors when they were allegedly drugged and raped by the rapper. This is the first time other celebrities have been named as participants in a legal filing; however, they are not mentioned by name. Lawyers for the founder of Bad Boy Records are hitting back.

Jane Doe claims she was 13 when she was sexually assaulted by Combs and another “male celebrity.” The incident allegedly occurred on September 7, 2000, when she unsuccessfully attempted to attend the MTV Video Music Awards.

Jane Doe was unable to get a ticket to the awards ceremony and she claims a driver who worked for Combs invited her to an afterparty. The girl is said to have signed a non-disclosure agreement so that she could attend.

“Combs aggressively approached plaintiff with a crazy look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘You’re ready to party!’” the lawsuit alleges, per Deadline.

Jane Doe testifies that she had one drink but then felt “woozy and light-headed.” She lay down in a bedroom and soon after, Combs walked in with “a male and female celebrity.”

Jane Doe claims she was first raped by the male celebrity while Combs and the unknown woman watched. She then claims she was raped by Combs while the other two stars watched.

The woman says that after the alleged attack she “fell into a deep depression that continues to affect every facet of her life.”

Combs, through his lawyers, has denied any wrongdoing.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts, their legal defense and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, male or female,” his attorneys said in a statement last week.

Combs is accused of sexual assault in multiple separate incidents between 2000 and 2022 in the new wave of lawsuits.

One of the anonymous accusers is a personal trainer who claimed he was drugged and passed around ‘as a party favor for [Combs’s guests’] sexual pleasure.” The incident is said to have occurred after Combs was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the BET Awards in June 2022.

A 17-year-old aspiring singer claimed he was drugged and groped by Combs during a penthouse party at a New York City hotel in 2022. A third man, identified only as a Los Angeles-area businessman, claims he was sexually assaulted during a promotional event. for Combs’ beverage brand Cîroc in 2022. A woman claims she was raped by Combs in 2014.

All lawsuits were filed under a pseudonym of John or Jane Doe.

On Sunday, Combs’ attorneys filed a motion asking the judge to prevent “future witnesses and their attorneys” from speaking out because it could hinder his right to a fair trial. The filing follows last week’s motion in which the entrepreneur’s attorneys requested that his accusers in the federal case be publicly identified so he can mount a proper defense.

In an interview with People, the “Candy Shop” rapper defended how he is publicly trolling Combs.

“Look, it seems like I’m doing extremely outrageous things, but I’m not. Basically, I’m just saying what I’ve been saying for 10 years,” 50 Cent said. He is in the process of producing a documentary for Netflix about Combs’ abuse allegations.

On Nov. 4, a federal appeals court will hear arguments on whether Combs should be released from jail pending trial. This is his third attempt at bail.

Combs’ federal trial is scheduled to begin May 5.
