Officers were searching for burglary suspects after a chase in Alhambra on Wednesday, San Gabriel police said.
Police said a brief chase that ended in a crash along the 10 Freeway resulted in four people running from the car.
Two people were taken into custody, but at around 11:10 p.m., two more people were in custody over the incident. Traffic was backed up on the east side of Highway 10 at the time due to the incident.
No suspect information has been released.
