A 21-year-old man was killed and two were also injured.

He has been charged with accessory after the fact before the murder and is being held in Rock Hil County Jail.
PAST BUSINESS MESSAGE: Police are searching for clues in a deadly shooting at a block party
The shooting happened on June 1, shortly after 10 p.m., on Southland Drive.
Clyburn was charged with murder. He was arrested without incident and taken to Rock Hill Jail, police said.
“I’m extremely excited,” Inez DeWitt, Mincey’s aunt, said of the arrest. “I am extremely excited.”
It has been a difficult week, but the arrest has lifted the spirits of loved ones.
“Montest was a wonderful person. A wonderful young lady,” DeWitt said. “I mean, that smile was just contagious. You can’t be around Montest without laughing.”
The family does not believe Mincey and the suspect knew each other.
“If she was killed by a stray bullet, the family is not looking for an apology,” the aunt said. “Sorry won’t bring her back. Expressing remorse won’t bring her back because not only was she hit, another young man was killed, and other people were hit and you may have shut down an entire community event.
Dewitt said she is very angry.
“I’m very sad, my niece, they took her away and she has three children that she left without a mother, a caring mother, a loving mother,” she said.
Rock Hill police have set up a dedicated tip line, 803-325-2678, and an online community portal.
