Senator Amy Klobuchar says the presidential pardon process is ‘crying out for reform’

Democratic Senator Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota tells “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” that she is not happy with some of President Biden’s blanket pardons, saying that “the whole process cries out for reform.”
