Seven Michigan people charged in double voting incident in Macomb County.

The incident involves four St. Clair Shores residents who were busted for submitting two ballots in the Aug. 6 primary election. According to Nessel, everyone voted absentee, returned their vote and then voted in person at their polling place on Election Day.
