What time do the storms start?
After starting the day with some early morning showers, we’ll see a calm before a round of scattered showers, and storms move in early to mid-afternoon. The line of showers and storms will then move eastwards into the evening.
The time to watch for possible storms is from 2pm to 9pm
CBS Boston
It will also be a lot warmer and more humid on Sunday, with highs around 32°C and dew points around 21°C. This provides the necessary energy and instability for storms.

The showers will continue on Monday
Monday will see a slight chance of a few lingering showers, but overall we are expecting a much drier and nicer day, followed by rising temperatures mid-week as we approach the 4th of July holiday! Sunday is a day to keep an eye on the radar.
The NEXT Weather Team will be tracking the storms throughout the day on WBZ.com, WBZ-TV and CBS News Boston.
