An ex-San Jose Sharks star is going to the Stanley Cup Final, but it’s not Joe Pavelski.

Instead, Evander Kane and the Edmonton Oilers move on to defeat the Dallas Stars 2-1 in Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals.

Kane appeared to be injured early in the match and did not play in the third period.

However, he will have almost a week to improve as Game 1 of the Finals against the Florida Panthers takes place on June 8.

Meanwhile, there is a lot of talk that this was Pavelski’s last NHL game.
