News Center 7’s Malik Patterson spoke with a neighbor. She describes how unusual it is to hear sirens at 11:00 tonight in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

The standoff began around 7 a.m. when police responded to a disturbance at a home in the 3100 block of Bulah Avenue. One person had barricaded himself in the home.
Ashley Yonkers told Patterson that police asked everyone to stay in their homes.
“They asked everyone to go back to their homes and stop hanging out.” she said.
A police spokesperson confirmed to News Center 7 on Sunday afternoon that a person had been arrested.
