Social media post leads to arrest of Yuma woman suspected of sexually abusing 14-year-old

According to Yuma police, a woman is accused of performing sex acts on a boy after he posted revealing content about her on social media.

According to Yuma police, Kacee Figueroa, 33, is accused of multiple crimes, but specific charges have not yet been released.

Yuma police said they received a complaint of a sex crime, which led to an investigation that revealed a 14-year-old boy had posted videos on social media showing a partially unclothed woman, later identified as Figueroa. The boy told police that a sexual encounter had occurred between him and the woman in June. Detectives also confirmed that Figueroa had sent the boy inappropriate images and videos of himself, police said.

Figueroa was found and arrested in the area of ​​the 2500 block of West 20th Street, police said. Google Maps shows the area includes residential homes and Centennial Middle School, located at 2650 W. 20th St. As of Saturday, county jail records did not list Figueroa as being in custody.
