Some residents evacuated during fire at Carrick seniors’ home; no injuries reported

Some residents of a senior living facility in Pittsburgh were evacuated Friday evening due to a fire.

Emergency services were called to Carrick Regency on Brownsville Road at around 7.45pm

A Channel 11 crew spotted a fire truck at the scene with the ladder to one of the upper floors.

Residents were allowed back in after almost an hour.

No injuries have been reported.
