Spinnova and Suzano’s wood fiber factory is delayed

Finnish fiber textile company Spinnova and Brazil’s Suzano have postponed the pre-engineering phase for their new wood-based fiber factory beyond the previously expected timeline of late 2024.

In March this year, the two companies formalized their intentions through a Letter of Intent (LOI) for a new production site focused on the production of wood-based Spinnova fibers.
