Joe worked with Technicolor Inc. for over a decade, focusing on financial and legal issues. He received his Masters in Business Administration from Fordham University in New York, where he focused on Finance. He earned a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University and spent three years in the Peace Corps in Talgar, Kazakhstan, where he developed an English-language resource center and taught students.
