CHICAGO (CBS) — People attending last weekend’s Sueños Music Festival will only be refunded 25% of their ticket price after Sunday concerts were postponed and ultimately canceled due to severe weather.

The second day of the two-day Latino music festival in Grant Park was postponed four hours Sunday due to severe weather, and around 7:45 p.m. an announcement was made over loudspeakers that everyone had to leave due to approaching storms before headliner Peso Pluma could perform.

Festival-goers were only able to enjoy a small portion of the day’s festivities between the storms.

Organizers said festival guests who bought tickets through Front Gate Tickets would get a 25% refund within 30 days, but that wasn’t enough to satisfy fans already disappointed by the rainfall.

Many fans criticized the decision on social media. Some also complained that more security was needed to control the crowds.
