Temperatures are rising again with more moisture across the state

Isolated storms developed in New Mexico this afternoon and evening. Flash warnings and flood warnings were also issued for many locals in the state. More isolated storms are also expected to develop on Sunday. However, these storms can cause locally heavy rainfall. Temperatures will also rise throughout the weekend, returning to around normal for this time of year on Sunday.

Temperatures will continue to rise through the middle of next week, with highs in the 90s and 100s for most of New Mexico. Very isolated storm chances are still possible next week, with Tuesday being the driest day. A monsoon pattern will set in again at the end of next week, increasing the chance of rain from next Thursday.
