City officials advise visitors to take the M-10 into downtown Detroit, as heavy traffic is expected at the Grand River exit of Interstate 75 and the Madison Avenue exit of I-375.

What does transportation and parking look like?

According to officials, the QLine will offer park-and-ride services for $5 from parking lot 12 at Wayne State University between Woodward and Harper (6050 Woodward Ave.)

The Detroit People Mover is unavailable as it is closed for maintenance until mid-November.

Motorists can use the ParkDetroit app to make reservations for many downtown parking lots and garages in advance of the game. Tailgaters must also make reservations at the lot they plan to use. Some spots, including Eastern Market tailgating sports, were sold out Friday.

On-street parking is only permitted in designated meter zones or streets without parking meters where parking is permitted. Vehicles will be ticketed and towed if they block pedestrian crossings, driveways, alleys, bus stops or fire hydrants.
