The Supreme Court is paving the way for a major decision on transgender rights in its next term

The Supreme Court says it will consider a Tennessee law banning gender-affirming health care for transgender minors in its next term. The plaintiffs claim the law violates the equal protection and due process clauses of the 14th Amendment.
