MINNEAPOLIS — Tuesday will be dry in the Twin Cities, before rain returns in the evening.

Last night’s storms have largely passed over the metro area, and the next round won’t start until dinnertime. This system will primarily impact southeastern Minnesota, but the Twin Cities will be affected as well.

Expect temperatures around 27 degrees.

Wednesday will be warm and humid, with temperatures between 27 and 30 degrees Celsius, sunshine and some clouds.

The 4th of July will start off dry, but showers and isolated thunderstorms likely for most of the day will pose a threat to any outdoor activities.

We end the week with more rain and a drop in temperatures, the weekend will see temperatures rise and some dry time to get out and enjoy.
