Three people were arrested Thursday in connection with a man who was stabbed with a machete in Times Square in New York.
The man, 32, was stabbed in both legs at West 45th Street and Broadway and taken to Bellevue Hospital, police said in a statement. He is in a stable condition.
Police have charged Aaron Hamilton, 25, Phillip Robertson, 23, and Robert Price, 46, with second-degree reckless endangerment and obstruction of governmental administration. Robertson was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
The stabbing led to a brief search for the suspects, who police said fled on foot.
