Will Levis’ first series ended in a horrific interception on Monday night, which has become a pattern. His second series ended in injury.

Levis was trying to dive for a first down on a third-down play when he landed hard on his right shoulder. He stood up and ESPN cameras caught him on the sideline saying he hurt his shoulder. Levis was seen warming up, but on the Tennessee Titans’ next series, Mason Rudolph took over at quarterback. Levis entered the medical tent.

The Titans said via ESPN that Levis was questionable to return.

Levis has had a rough start, with some awful turnovers early in the Titans season that drew the ire of coach Brian Callahan. Monday night against the Miami Dolphins, the Titans were forced to see what the offense looked like with a different quarterback.
