Foster Love is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children in foster care. Made up of young adults and former foster youth, they ensure that these vulnerable children are not forgotten or neglected. Working with individuals, businesses and community partners, they help provide vital resources and educational opportunities for foster youth.

Cradles to Crayons is working to combat children’s clothing insecurity directly in Chicagoland, Massachusetts, Greater Philadelphia, NYC and the San Francisco Bay Area, and is focused on raising awareness of this urgent crisis nationally. They provide basic necessities such as clothing, shoes, diapers and school supplies to children who do not have access to these essential resources.

Ronald McDonald House Charities ensured that families everywhere have access to the care and resources they need – especially if they have a sick child.

Chapters host thousands of families each year and strive to ensure that every family has access to plenty of toys, books and games for relaxing family time. Also, after long days in hospitals, they depend on the community’s help to ensure our families are well fed.

How to Donate at Rockefeller Center Plaza

This beloved TODAY tradition started in 1994 when our own employees wearing Santa hats collected toys from our loyal TODAY square visitors. This simple gesture of giving back to communities and organizations in need evolved into the TODAY Toy Drive Spectacular we know and love today. We’ve had famous “elves” lend a hand with our plaza toy collections and have raised millions of dollars over nearly three decades. The donations come not only from our plaza visitors, but also from business partners, who are inspired to join us.

Now in our 31st year, we aim to achieve the most toy donations we’ve ever had during the holiday season of giving!

If you would like to participate, please bring an unwrapped toy with you when you visit us. We are accepting donations on weekdays from Tuesday, December 2, 2024 to December 24, 2024.

Notes:

The ages requiring donations range from 6 months to 18 years old.

We kindly ask you to avoid toy weapons or violent toys. We look forward to your visit!!
