Tornado warning issued in Bristol and Plymouth counties expired

BOSTON – A tornado warning was issued for areas of southeastern Massachusetts late Wednesday evening strong storms moved around the state.

The tornado warning for Plymouth County and Bristol County was issued around 11:25 p.m. and expired around 11:45 p.m.

Rotation was indicated on radar, according to the National Weather Service.

A severe thunderstorm warning was also in effect for much of eastern Massachusetts until 12:15 p.m.
