The 10 p.m. advisory from the National Hurricane Center had Sara with winds up to 30 mph (48 km per hour) with the system over the Yucatan Peninsula.
The depression will continue to weaken in the Yucatan and will become a remnant low early Monday morning.
The remnants of Sara are still on track to move north into the Gulf and will be swept northeast by a cold front. This will result in increased rainfall in parts of Central Florida Tuesday through Wednesday.
