Greenhill Humane Association

Pippy and Skippy are a bonded pair of parakeets up for adoption at the Greenhill Humane Society.

These best friends are 6 month old females who love to talk to each other. Skippy is a bit braver and will even step on your fingers. Because they are young, they are looking for a family that will interact with them and handle them often to build their confidence.

Pippy and Skippy are beautiful birds that would make a great addition to any home. If you love birds, consider adding this beautiful pair to your home.

These two will go home with a certificate for a free veterinary examination and support from our staff.

Greenhill Humane Society is open seven days a week from 11am to 6pm at 88530 Green Hill Rd in Eugene. For more information call 541-689-1503 or visit www.green-hill.org.

Oregon Coast Humane Society

Fisher is a Labrador available for adoption at the Oregon Coast Humane Society in Lane County.

According to a spokesperson for the Oregon Coast Humane Society, Fisher is a purebred dog with a lot of potential.

He has had a rather unique start in life and is eager to find a family that can help him learn and grow. He will thrive in a loving home where he can receive lots of training and attention.

To meet Fisher, stop by the shelter at 2840 Rhododendron Drive in Florence, or sign up online at oregoncoasthumanesociety.org. The shelter’s hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

Cat Rescue and Adoption Network

Wetzel is a golden tabby cat available for adoption at Cat Rescue and Adoption Network

Wetzel is a 4-year-old long-haired golden tabby who is described as the perfect mix of playful and couch potato.

He will chase feathers and strings around the room for hours as long as someone plays with him. Wetzel can be shy around strangers, but he warms up quickly.

Wetzel loves treats, gentle petting and would enjoy living in a quiet home, but would prefer to be a single cat.

He is smart and independent and is perfect for an adoptive family who has experience caring for a long-haired cat.

Wetzel is castrated, vaccinated, chipped and tested negative for FIV and FeLV.

If you would like to meet Wetzel, please call 541-225-4955 option 1 or visit CatRescues.org for more information.
