Under pressure from the US, Israel has allowed additional aid to Gaza, but it still falls short

Last week, the United Nations again warned that Gaza faces famine, while Israel faces a U.S. deadline to increase aid or face limits on U.S. military support. Israel has increased the amount of aid from a low of 30 trucks a day entering Gaza in October to about 150 currently, but this is still less than half the US target.
