Using drones to track lawbreakers is safer and can help bring them to justice

An idea occurred to me that using drones to track lawbreakers is better than chasing them with police cars.

Too many innocent people are injured or killed by criminals fleeing the police. If a drone is used instead of a police car, the criminal may not drive as fast or at all. Police can follow out of sight of the lawbreaker, and after they stop and exit the car, police can move in to make an arrest. The perpetrator is captured on video, which can serve as evidence against the suspect.

There are many benefits to using this technique to pursue criminals. Citizens will be safer because there will be no high-speed police chases, and more evidence will be collected by the drone to help in the trial of the lawbreaker.

I hope police start using drones in a chase to make our roads safer and convict people who make bad choices.
