LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – A recreational trail in Lancaster County was subject to vandalism and police are looking for the perpetrators.
The 14-mile Northwest River Trail, located on the Susquehanna River, was recently discovered destroyed, Susquehanna Regional Police shared on Facebook.
“GAZA” is spray-painted in red letters on a sign along the path, along with blue letters.
“Let us work together to preserve the beauty of our path and put an end to this unacceptable behavior,” the message reads. “If you see it, report it.”

Anyone with information about the vandalism is asked to contact police at (717) 426-1164.
