CorpGov would like to provide video highlights from the fourth annual Palm Beach CorpGov Forum, held November 13-14, 2024 at the Palm Beach Lake Pavilion. The oneThe audience consisted of more than 200 participants, including institutional people investors, family offices/HNWIs, lawyers, investments bankers and key advisors.
The first day of the forum was dedicated to private equity and topics included liquidity, credit, investments and sectors such as retail and fashion, media and entertainment, and EV.
The second day focused on publicly traded companies and corporate governance with panels on IPO preparation, the 2025 proxy season, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border activism and sectors such as technology and hospitality, and more.
