Three masked men stole about $15,000 worth of disposable vape devices during an armed robbery of a vape shop in northeast El Paso last week. The unsolved story is Crime Stoppers of El Paso’s Crime of the Week.
Two of the three “violent robbers” were holding knives, while the third had a gun in his waistband during the 1:28 a.m. robbery at the Kenworthy Tobacco and Vape store on Wednesday, December 18, according to Crime Stoppers.
The store is located in the Kenworthy Crossing shopping strip, anchored by an Albertsons supermarket at 10765 Kenworthy St. next to the Patriot Freeway, close to North Hills.

The robbers wore black hoodies, face masks and gloves, Crime Stoppers said. Two of the robbers approached the store employee and demanded his belongings, while the third man began putting merchandise into a blue laundry bag. The robbers took the clerk’s cell phone and broke it.
The thieves stole an estimated $15,000 worth of disposable vape devices, along with cash from the cash register, police said.
The men, believed to be Hispanic and in their early twenties, may have left in a dark-colored Dodge Charger.
